How to Pay a Fine

  • You may pay in person using cash, money order, cashier’s check, credit card or debit card. No rolled coins accepted, and a limit of $5.00 accepted in loose coin.
  • A receipt will be issued for every payment made in person to the court. Please keep your receipt as proof of payment.
  • You may send a money order or cashier’s check by mail. DO NOT mail in cash. If you would like a receipt for your payment by mail, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
  • We DO NOT accept Personal Checks for Fines due, Bonds or Restitution payments.
  • Personal checks are accepted for Civil Filing Fees ONLY.
  • If a personal check is returned for non-sufficient funds, a non-sufficient check fee of $25.00 will be assessed.
  • Online Payments by credit or debit card:
    (There is a convenience fee charged to the payee by the third-party)

If your fine has been sent to a collections agency:

  • Fines And Restitution Enforcement (FARE) – Follow the directions you received in the mail to pay online with a credit card or pay at the court. Payments should be in the form of a money order, cashiers check or cash.
