SUPERIOR COURT PAYMENT POLICIES

  • Only cash, cashier’s checks, money orders or debit/credit cards will be accepted in payment of criminal obligations.
  • Checks, with proper identification, will be accepted for all other obligations.
  • You will be assessed a $25.00 charge for any returned check.
  • If you make a payment, make sure you keep your receipt as proof of payment. A receipt will be issued for every payment made in person.
  • No loose or rolled coin over $1.00 will be accepted.

You may pay your court fees in person at any of our Superior Court locations.

 

Payment Online

We are now accepting online payments for filing fees, fines, restitution and more.

Arizona Courts Online Payment to pay your financial obligations or to obtain a 'Pay with Cash" barcode.

 

You may make a payment with CASH on your court case at a location other than the courthouse!

  • Bring your barcode to a participating 7-Eleven, CVS, Family Dollar, Walmart or Walgreens to make a payment.
  • Your unique barcode is located on your court notice or download your barcode using azcourtpay.com
  • Once you are at the store, present your barcode to the cashier and tell the cashier to follow the steps on the PaySlip or smart phone.
  • Before you go, know your balance due and how much you want to pay.  The cashier will not have access to this information.
  • Your payment will be sent to the court within 15 minutes.

If you are required to pay fines, penalties, fees or other financial obligations as a result of a judgement of this court and you are unable to pay, bring this information to the attention of court staff or the judge because payments over time or other alternatives may be available. Do not ignore your responsibility to pay, as this may result in additional penalties and costs to you. For more information, contact the court or an attorney.
