Public Comment Sought on Applicants for Judge Pro Tem

YAVAPAI COUNTY, ARIZONA – The Superior Court welcomes public comment on the applicants for the position of Judge Pro Tem, Division A, a vacancy created by the appointment of the Honorable Debra R. Phelan to the newly established Division 8.

The candidates for the Judge Pro Tem, Division A are Nathan Best of Prescott and Danalyn Savage of Chino Valley. Redacted copies of their resumes can be found at https://courts.yavapaiaz.gov/superiorcourt/applicants.

The Honorable John D. Napper, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of Arizona in Yavapai County, will consider comments received when deciding who to ask the Chief Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court to appoint as Judge Pro Tem. The appointment is subject to approval by the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors.

Cortez, #410, Prescott, AZ 86303. Please include your name, phone number and email address in the message to allow follow up for clarification or additional information. All written comments must be received by Friday, August 4, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. Anonymous comments will not be considered.
