YAVAPAI COUNTY, ARIZONA – On Sunday, March 19, 2023, Yavapai County Superior Court Judge Celé Hancock was arrested by the Prescott Police Department for what is believed to be Super Extreme Driving Under the Influence. The Court has a duty to obtain as much information as possible about any criminal allegations related to its personnel. This process is no different for judges. We have begun gathering information and the Court will share more facts if and when they become available.
