Superior Court

The Superior Court is the trial court of general jurisdiction for the State of Arizona. The judges hear cases that involve felony prosecutions, civil cases over $10,000, probate matters, marriage dissolutions and annulments, real property title, and possession matters.

Law Library

The print collection at the Law Library consists of books and other print materials for Arizona and Federal law, legal forms, reporters and digests, self help, treatises, dictionaries and encyclopedias.

Clerk of Superior Court

The Clerk of the Superior Court is an elected official whose office is established by the Arizona Constitution. The duties and responsibilities are prescribed in state statutes, court rules, and case law. The Clerk of the Superior Court officially maintains all civil, domestic, criminal, juvenile, and probate records.
