An attorney or pro se party that files a document in any case assigned to this Division must disclose if they have used Artificial Intelligence (“A.I.”) to prepare the document. If they have used A.I., they must also certify that they have determined that every citation to the law or the record has been verified as accurate.
This disclosure and certification shall be a signed exhibit included at the end of the pleading below the signature line. Anyone failing to disclose the use of A.I. or failing to properly verify the accuracy of the citations may be subject to sanctions by the Court. These may include attorney’s fees or other financial sanctions as determined by the Court.
