Division 1 Remote Appearances

Before logging into Teams for your hearing please read and adhere to the following conditions:

  • Mute your microphone.
  • If you are a party to a case, unmute your microphone when your case is called.
  • If you are not a party to a case, do not speak during Court unless called upon to do so.
  • If you are a Defendant intending to enter a Change of Plea or proceed to Sentencing, you are expected to appear in person unless your attorney has advised you differently.
  • The Court reserves the right to disconnect any person being disruptive during the proceedings.  Outbursts, interruptions and profanity will not be tolerated.

 

Attention: Unauthorized recording of court proceedings is strictly prohibited.
