Julie Malinowski is an Arizona native and obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University in 2007. She is currently enrolled in a Master of Public Administration program through the University of Phoenix, where she is scheduled to receive her degree in March 2026.

Julie Malinowski has been with the Superior Court in Yavapai County since September 2011. She started as a Records Clerk in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court, and progressed through various positions within the Clerk’s Office, eventually assuming the duties of Court Services Supervisor in October 2014. She maintained this position until July 2019, when she was appointed as Deputy Court Administrator by Retired Presiding Judge David L. Mackey and Retired Court Administrator C. Rolf Eckel. Julie was appointed by Presiding Judge John Napper to fill the role of Superior Court Administrator upon Mr. Eckel’s retirement in spring, 2025.

Julie values honesty, integrity, leading by example, and encouraging positivity in the workplace. Julie loves being involved in the community and volunteers for events such as the annual “Bowl for Kids” program through the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization.
