Superior Court Records

Records may be requested in person Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check, or money order. Payment may also be by credit/debit cards; however, a small convenience fee applies.

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-284, copy fees are $0.50 per page and certified copies (raised court seal) are $30.00 plus an additional $0.50 per page. Abstracts of Marriage are $30.00.

Please wait for a response with total amount owed before proceeding to the payment center below to make your payment.

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-284, copy fees are $0.50 per page and certified copies (raised court seal) are $30.00 plus an additional $0.50 per page. If requesting paper copies to be mailed to you instead of an electronic copy, a $7.00 postage and handling fee applies.

To request records via U.S. mail or third-party commercial carrier, please send written request along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to one of the locations below. If an envelope is not provided, postage and handling fees are $7.00, which should be included in pre-payment. Please include your name and contact information, as well as the case number and/or name(s) of the parties on the case along with identification of the documents you are requesting.

Upon receipt of the request, you will be contacted by a Deputy Clerk.
