The Clerk of Superior Court is the official record keeper for the Superior Court in Yavapai County. Copies of public records held by the Clerk of Superior Court may be obtained through the court.
Materials determined by Arizona Court Rules to be confidential or documents sealed by order of the court cannot be accessed unless a court order is obtained.
Records can be provided in paper or electronic format. Requests for copies of records may be submitted in person, online, by mail or by phone.
NOTE: Requests for records prior to 1992 should be made through the Yavapai County Courthouse.
Records may be requested in person Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check, or money order. Payment may also be by credit/debit cards; however, a small convenience fee applies.
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-284, copy fees are $0.50 per page and certified copies (raised court seal) are $35.00 plus an additional $0.50 per page. Abstracts of Marriage are $35.00.

To request records via U.S. mail or third-party commercial carrier, please send written request along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to one of the locations below. If an envelope is not provided, postage and handling fees are $8.00, which should be included in pre-payment. Please include your name and contact information, as well as the case number and/or name(s) of the parties on the case along with identification of the documents you are requesting.
Upon receipt of the request, you will be contacted by a Deputy Clerk.
