Judge Goldstein was appointed to the Superior Court in 2011. His current case assignments include domestic matters and Title IV-D cases. Prior to his appointment, Judge Goldstein was in private practice for twenty years. He is admitted to practice law in Arizona, Texas, and Illinois, as well as before the United States Supreme Court.

Judge Goldstein is active with the Arizona High School Mock Trial Program and the Divorce 101 Program. He currently serves on the statewide Family Court Improvement Committee and the Arizona Judges Association.
