Mail-In Fine/Bond Payments

Payments may be mailed to 120 S. Cortez - Room 103, Prescott, AZ 86303 so that they are RECEIVED in our office on or before the appearance date. Failure to pay on the date due will result in the statutory addition of a time-payment fee as well as the possible suspension of your driver’s license.

Not Guilty Pleas

You must come to court on or before the appearance date and at the time listed on your citation. The clerk will take pleas on minor matters and your trial will be set at a later date OR the judge will take your plea in the courtroom. Failure to come to court by the Appearance Date may result in an arrest warrant being issued and/or a suspension of your driver’s license.
