To find out if yours does, and to request the court to consider Defensive Driving School, submit the Criminal Traffic DDS Motion to the court at least 14 days prior to your appearance date, and if granted you must complete the course by the date on the order.
UNLESS YOU RECEIVE A WRITTEN ORDER FROM THE COURT PERMITTING YOU TO ATTEND THE DIVERSION CLASS YOU MUST APPEAR ON THE DATE ON YOUR TICKET/CITATION.
IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THE DIVERSION CLASS PRIOR TO THE DATE GIVEN ON YOUR ORDER YOU MUST APPEAR ON THE DATE ON YOUR TICKET/CITATION.
