Warrants
Failing to appear for hearings or failing to comply with court orders may cause additional charges to be added, suspension of your driving privilege, and a warrant for your arrest. If you have a warrant it is important that you appear in court on a Monday (excluding holidays) at 9:00 AM to resolve the matter on your own, otherwise you may be taken into custody at inconvenience to yourself and the taxpayers of the county who incur the cost of your time in the county jail. Do not ignore your responsibility, contacting the court to resolve any matters such as these will result in a more favorable result than not doing so.
